Sexual disorders is a term that refers to a wide range of problems in sexual expression and sexual relationship. These difficulties range from a purely physical response to the entire relationship between partners. One of the immediate causes of sexual disturbances is sexual neglect and the inability to express the desire and pleasure of sexual intercourse. Sometimes an intellectual and sensual barrier is raised against the pleasure of intercourse. Avoidance of sexual contact, reluctance to talk about the problem, increased masturbatory activity with substitute imaginary partners, and reduced self-esteem are characteristic of the sexually disturbed family. The main sexual disturbances in women are the following: Decreased sexual desire Decreased libido is a recurring lack or absence of sexual fantasies, thoughts or desire for sexual activity. This is the most common violation of intimate life. Such people do not lose the ability to experience a full-fledged sexual cycle, which, however, is too rare and under special circumstances. When searching for the causes, it should be borne in mind that the libido is the result of psyche, constitution, environmental influence and less of the hormonal state. Libido can also change in some physiological conditions. For example, lack of desire for sex is normal before puberty and in some women after menopause. Also, during pregnancy desire decreases due to psychological and evolutionary reasons. Physical and mental fatigue give rise to sexual apathy. Dyspareunia This word means painful and difficult intercourse. Dyspareunia is the most common sexual dysfunction for which women consult a gynecologist. A common cause of a woman’s lack of arousal. A healthy vagina stretches without pain, so size should not be a factor in dyspareunia after proper intimate play. However, with age, the epithelium of the vagina atrophies. The walls become tight, inelastic, and sex is likely to become painful. Other diseases that can lead to pain during sex are, for example, post-infectious passions, painful scars after an episiotomy or rupture, and also in inflammatory diseases of the urethra. Disturbed orgasm A woman does not always experience an orgasm after a normal arousal phase. In contrast to the reduced libido in the absence of orgasm, there is sexual desire and sexual response, albeit incomplete. A widespread cause is insufficient sexual training. A proportional relationship has been established between the duration of sexual play and the frequency of orgasm in women. Treatment for these disorders is similar. Achieving orgasm is an art for both partners – they have to find the right way to have sex.
