Modern Life presents a very good overview of sex life and provides many sources of information that serve usefully for young people new to the “industry”. But is this entire guide as useful as it seems? The question arises whether this method of self-education has “side effects”… It has been proven that a large percentage of young boys and girls lose self-esteem and confidence. On this occasion, psychologists and doctors of sexual medicine notice a significant increase in erectile dysfunction sufferers. But… is there a way to implement therapy at home to kick-start recovery, confidence, higher self-esteem and a willingness to experiment? It exists! But this requires a slight introduction to the anatomy of the penis and information about one main muscle that is located at the base of its body – the musculus pubococcygeus, which is called the RS muscle or Love muscle for short. What is the RS-muscle? Stimulation of the RS-muscle improves the general condition of the penis – its hardness during erection, as well as its size at the appropriate age of growth. It has been proven that the male penis grows most actively between the ages of 13 and 24, which allows many boys to improve their potency by exercising a few minutes a day. The RS-muscle is part of the pelvic floor muscle apparatus. This is the muscle that contracts repeatedly during foreplay, the period of intense arousal, and during ejaculation. The easiest way to detect this muscle is by causing the flow to stop when you urinate. This muscle is responsible through its connections and has the ability to influence the bladder and hold urine when signaled by the brain. When holding urine, place your fingers at the base of the penis and try to feel the place of contraction (vibration) of the muscle. And voila – you’ve found your RS-muscle. There are significant positives in improving the condition of your RS-muscle and gaining control over its functions. A well-trained RS-muscle improves blood circulation in the penis, which reflects on the state of erection. Patients with problematic erections or impotence often report improvement after implementing muscle training exercises. Another advantage of controlling the RS-muscle is that the duration of intercourse can be regulated, as well as the timing of natural ejaculation. Mastering premature ejaculation in men is successfully achieved with regular training of the RS-muscle or induced contractions when the pleasure reaches its peak during sexual intercourse. Also, the good condition of this love muscle is important to maintain the criteria of a healthy prostate. The exercises that are used to improve the tone of the Love muscle are known as Kegel exercises, named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, a pioneer in the study of human sexual abilities. The main exercise is a contraction in the RS-muscle and holding the contraction between 3 to 5-6 seconds in a series of several times. An average of 10 repetitions per day is recommended, with a tendency to increase as the individual masters their technique well enough. The Jelk Method A key point to naturally increasing penis size is the use of the Jelk Method. The principles of this type of technique are to increase the natural blood flow to all compartments of the penile body. These compartments are represented by the three “primary chambers” of the penis. They are known in anatomy by the names corpora cavernosa – (the two) cavernous bodies and corpus spongiosum – spongy body, which run the entire length of the body of the penis and consist of tissue supporting erection. It is precisely this tissue that fills with blood during increased arousal. The end result is a good and nice erection. The Jelk method increases both the length and girth of the penis when practiced regularly. The Jelk method is pure and simple stimulation of the penis along its entire length. It is performed by surrounding the base of the penis with the thumb and forefinger. The technique is applied after there is a slightly aroused state and the penis is in a very slight erection, resembling the very beginning of foreplay before sexual intercourse. The thumb and forefinger should cover the base of the penis very well and make stimulating movements along its entire length, resembling intercourse. The end effect is lasting arousal and increased blood flow to the penis. NEWS_MORE_BOX It is necessary to apply tension when encircling the penis with the fingers when stimulation begins along the length of his body. In this way, more blood is retained in the body of the penis, by means of stimulation that causes muscle contractions in the Love muscle. Important veins pass below and above its muscular form, which carry out the outflow of retained blood in the body of the penis. Jelk Stimulation allows blood to be retained and additional blood to be added by stimulating through successive movements along the course of the penis. In other words. The experiment can be repeated with a balloon. The balloon is filled to maximum inflation with water. Then, using a syringe and pinched end, more water is added. This increases the size of the balloon. The water is retained. The Jelk method works in the same way – the blood is retained in the penial bodies and does not allow it to flow back into the venous circulation. This stimulates growth and change in the shape and size of the penis, as well as the elasticity of the erectile tissue lining the penile bodies. The sources presenting the Jelk method share that a high-quality application of the technique is when the repetitions are performed several times until full sexual arousal is reached. Stimulation from the base to the tip of the penis and back to the base should last about two seconds. This determines the speed of the repetitions. Specialists in sexual medicine, who recommend the Jelk method, say that the moment known as ejaculation and the “killer melting feeling” – orgasm must be mastered well enough and at that exact moment the stimulation is stopped. They also advise the use of lubricant, olive oil or baby oil to protect the penile skin from damage through mechanical stimulation. It is strongly recommended that the penis not be stimulated in this way during excessive arousal or when symptoms of pain appear, due to the risk of damage and traumatization of the penis. In addition to the Jelk method and its effect of improving erection and increasing the size of the penis by stimulating better blood supply, again based on this physiological feature achieved through stimulation, the Jelk method is particularly effective in the treatment of psychologically induced erectile dysfunction .
