Girls who use marijuana during their college years have promiscuous sex lives and rarely sleep in their own rooms. This conclusion was reached by a group of researchers who analyzed the data of 483 freshmen. The analysis includes risky behavior of the girls, their personal and moral values, as well as their behavior and position in the social environment. The researchers asked the volunteers questions related to their self-esteem, their religious beliefs, their relationship with their parents, their alcohol consumption, and their use of marijuana and other drugs. The analysis and survey are conducted every month for 8 months. The results show that the increased promiscuity and promiscuous sex life is due to the use of marijuana. Specialists state that such behavior, which originates in the first year of student life, can continue throughout the course of study and later in life, if timely attention is not paid. The study is the first of its kind to track the relationship between cannabis use and casual sex. Its results and data are published in the Archives of Sexual Behaviour.
