Male circumcision is associated with religious affiliation, but the hygienic and health benefits of the procedure are increasingly sought after. Male dignity is a delicate subject for the strong part of the population. Few men are ready for such a step, dictated solely by hygiene considerations. One of the main reasons for circumcision to be done at a very early age is to avoid the risk of psychological trauma later in life. Circumcision itself is the removal of the thin elastic skin (foreskin) located at the end of the penis and covering its head. Specialists are of the opinion that it is in the space between the foreskin and the head of the penis that it is possible to retain bacteria, viruses and secretions for a longer time, which can subsequently cause serious infections and cause various diseases. When the foreskin is absent, it is easier to maintain good personal hygiene in the area of the glans penis. NEWS_MORE_BOX Sometimes circumcision – the medical term for circumcision – is imperative for health reasons. For example, when the foreskin is damaged, there is an injury, then when it heals, a skin adhesion is formed, which can interfere with sexual intercourse. Circumcision is also undertaken in case of premature ejaculation and insufficient duration of erection, as the removal of the movable skin over the glans reduces the sensitivity of the genital organ. A large percentage of women who have had sexual contact with circumcised men are of the opinion that sex with them is much better and they feel more protected from sexually transmitted diseases. Here’s another reason. The glans area, when stripped of the foreskin, is not as sensitive. This prolongs the time for ejaculation and, accordingly, the duration of intercourse, which, in turn, ensures the achievement of full arousal and reaching orgasm in women, who, it is known, need more time to reach peak pleasure.
