Torsion – twisting of the testicles This is one of the cases that require urgent medical intervention. Delay can be fatal. The scrotum is a skin bag in which the testicles are freely located. Sometimes during movement, it is possible to twist the spermatic cord, which seriously impairs the blood supply to the corresponding testicle. The twisting pain is felt from the scrotum and is really quite severe. It is possible to experience pain in one or the other testicle, but in any case it cannot be ignored, it is agonizing.
