Ejaculation takes place in two phases – removal and mixing of the secretion from the gonads and its release outside the body. The act is quite complex, reflexive. Its sequence ensures the mixing of secretions from different glands, which ensures the vitality and activity of the spermatozoa. During a series of intercourse with ejaculation, at short intervals, the amount of sperm gradually decreases. On the third-fourth time, male gametes are almost absent in the ejaculate. After 2-3 days of rest, their content in the semen is detected again. The reasons… Premature ejaculation is observed in an insufficiently aroused state, almost at the beginning of the sexual act. The phenomenon is common at the beginning of sexual life in young people. Then the reasons are due to strong emotional excitement or a state of increased sexual arousal. Usually the condition does not recur or is overcome with the passage of time and increasing experience at the beginning of an active lifestyle. In rare cases, however, a bad experience leads to a state of strong excitation in the brain that can lead to the development of an illness. The state of constant excitability of the ejaculation centers in the brain may also be congenital. Then there is talk of a syndrome of the paracentral departments. Premature eucalytion can also be due to inflammatory diseases of the prostate gland and urinary tract. Too high sexual activity in a man can lead to the ability to have frequent erections. The downside is that these erections are short in duration and characterized by premature ejaculation. Understandably, the condition may be the result of trauma or diseases of the lumbolumbar spine, osteochondrosis, tumor formations. In premature ejaculation, the man tries to control the intercourse by making efforts to delay the process of sperm release.
