Women who spend more hours sleeping have sex more often. This is shown by a new study by specialists from Michigan, who conducted research among nearly 200 young female students. It turns out that every additional hour in dreamland increases the possibility of having sex the next day by 14%. “Good sleep hygiene,” which is associated with good mood, increased energy and concentration, is directly related to greater desire for sex. With sleep deprivation, the exact opposite effect is observed. It is believed that the results of the study will help couples solve emerging problems in bed without treatment. Insomnia reduces sex hormone levels and thus negatively affects sexual desire.
