Lengthening and thickening of the penis

Plastic surgery for penis enlargement, also known as phalloplasty, is a procedure to permanently enlarge the penis. Men are interested in this procedure for physical and psycho-emotional reasons. Usually, the goal of patients undergoing the surgery is not only to increase their confidence and self-esteem, but also to deal with problems related to their sex life such as easy fatigue or impotence. What is the operation? Elongation The lengthening of the member is possible thanks to the fact that not a small part of it is hidden inside the body. The surgical technique used to lengthen the male penis involves a 4-6 cm incision in the crease between the penis and the body. The essence of the procedure is precisely that – part of the body of the penis is taken out. During penis enlargement surgery, the ligament that holds the penis to the pubic bone is partially cut. In this way, up to 5 centimeters are added to the length of the penis. Thickening To thicken the member, the most preferred method is by injecting one’s own fat tissue (lipofilling). It is taken by the method of liposuction, processed in a special way and introduced into the body of the penis. Thus, the desired enlargement of the member, such as diameter and aesthetic shaping, is achieved. However, this method is not permanent, as the fat tissue is absorbed by the body and its effect disappears. A worse option is that the fatty tissue remains in the form of lumps (pseudolipomas), which greatly deform the penis. For a good result and a maximally natural look, the correct injection technique is of the greatest importance. Injection of silicone and paraffin into the penis is absolutely unacceptable and prohibited. This can lead to permanent damage to the genital organ, because the removal of these substances is impossible, and they lead to chronic inflammatory processes. What to expect after surgery? Recovery takes place in 3 stages: 1st stage: During the first three days after the operation, it is possible to feel burning and discomfort, a feeling of stretching the skin of the penis. 2nd stage: Between the 4th and 7th day, the discomfort should disappear. It is possible that with stronger squeezing of the penis, it will change its shape for some time. 3rd stage: No sex is recommended for at least the next 3-4 weeks. Follow-up examinations are every seven days to monitor the proper recovery of the treated area. The sutures are removed after 10-12 days. Full recovery is assumed to be within 30 – 90 days of surgery. The connective tissue that forms around the penis increases its strength until the 6th month after the operation. If possible, control examinations are carried out every 30 days. NEWS_MORE_BOX Risks The angle of erection after surgery may decrease and the erect penis may point downward. Intercourse is uncomfortable and unstable – after the wound has completely healed, the man may notice that his penis is not as stable as before. It happens, because the function of the tendons is to hold the penis in position. In a relaxed state this is not a problem, but in an erection the penis has no support and moves quite freely. This increases the risk of fracture during sex. Sensitivity may be reduced if important nerves are accidentally affected during surgery. It is possible to have an unattainable erection or a painful erection. Penis enlargement involves surgically lengthening or thickening the organ. The procedure is a solution to emotional and pathological problems in men.
