People of different sexual orientations, bisexuals and transgenders, over the age of 50, are more at risk of premature aging and health problems, according to a new sociological study. Researchers are of the opinion that the reason is largely due to public pressure, ignoring by the authorities and health care, which puts people under a lot of pressure and stress and harms their health. A better strategy needs to be developed regarding the health care and specific needs of people with different inclinations, especially since the number of people with disabilities is expected to reach 4 million by 2030, experts say. Public stereotypes and prejudices force the neglect of the mental and health condition of homosexuals and bisexuals, which can endanger their lives. For the purpose of the study, 2,560 same-sex or both-sexual people between the ages of 50-95 were surveyed. Respondents stated that they avoid frequent and preventive examinations due to fear of discrimination.
