Researchers are of the opinion that men who are fascinated by porn movies, sites and magazines can significantly reduce the self-esteem and confidence of their partner. The reason is largely due to the fact that women feel insecure about their sexuality and sexiness when their partner emphasizes porn so often. To find out how watching pornographic films affects women, a team of researchers surveyed about 308 representatives of the fairer sex between the ages of 18-29. The questions in the survey are related to the frequency of watching magazines and movies with pornographic content on the part of the stronger partner in the relationship. The volunteers were also asked about their relationship with their partner and whether they felt confident and calm in the relationship. The results showed that women whose partners watched porn more often felt more unhappy and insecure in the relationship and lacked sexual self-confidence. The study’s data was limited to a relatively young age group and couples in short-term relationships, the research team explained. When porn becomes a problem, experts advise talking to your partner and avoiding comparing yourself to actresses from similar movies. It is important to remember that porn has nothing to do with real relationships between men and women.
